Shade Equipment Company, Inc. is a Full-Service (Sales, Parts, Body Painting, Equipment Installation/Up-Fitting, Service, Warranty, & Repair) Truck Body, Truck Equipment & Van Interior Distributor for approximately 50 manufacturers, as well as a Full-Service (Sales, Parts, Service, Warranty, & Repair) Authorized Dealer for SCAG, Cub Cadet, and Husqvarna Outdoor Power/Lawn & Garden Equipment. Continuously family-owned and operated, we were founded on May 1, 1947–70+ Years Ago, and our headquarters are in Winchester, VA, with a Harrisonburg, VA, store, as well.
The One-Stop Truck Body & Equipment Shop
Most Truck Bodies & Equipment items are in-stock, and availability equals swift turn-around. Customer vehicles are usually in and out within a matter of days! In Pre-Season, we carry millions of dollars of Snow Plows & Ice Control Spreaders, alone! Our Installers are Factory-Trained, and we can paint Truck Bodies & Equipment to match our customers’ truck cabs or chassis. Our Paint Manager is PPG certified.
We provide Parts and Service for all that we sell and will accept most makes and models of Outdoor Power/Lawn & Garden Equipment for service or repair. Our Small Engine Mechanics are Certified in Briggs & Stratton, Generac, Honda, Kawasaki, and Kohler Engines.
